Common questions from importers
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard shipment is one 40' HC container (FCL).
How long does it take to get a quote?
We send specs, pricing, and product photos within 24 business hours for plywood, MDF and panels. For sawn timber, custom dimensions, and special certifications, allow 3 to 5 business days.
Which certifications do you supply?
FSC Chain of Custody on request, CARB P2 for US-bound plywood and MDF, WBP phenolic bond on all exterior plywood, ISPM-15 heat-treatment for sawn timber, and EUDR compliance documentation for EU shipments.
Do you supply product samples?
Yes. Sample packs (up to 4 panels per grade) can be shipped internationally via courier. Freight cost is at buyer's account; sample material is provided free of charge.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit + 70% against Bill of Lading. Established partners may qualify for open account terms after 3 successful shipments. We accept T/T and L/C.
Can you provide EUDR compliance documents?
Yes. All our pine products originate from plantations in Paraná and Santa Catarina, with FSC chain of custody available on request — Brazil's compliance with EUDR is supported by geolocation data at plot level, also available on request.
