What types of MDF panels do you export from Brazil?

We export three types: Standard MDF (interior dry use), Moisture Resistant MDF (green core, suitable for humid environments), and Fire Retardant MDF (Class B1 EN 13501-1). All types are available in thicknesses from 2.5mm to 33mm.

Are your MDF panels CARB P2 certified?

Yes. CARB P2 certified MDF (formaldehyde ≤ 0.11 ppm) is available for US importers. E1 (≤ 3.5 mg/m²/h) is standard for European shipments. E05 is available on request. Test reports from SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek are provided per shipment.

What sheet sizes are available for Brazilian MDF?

Standard sizes are 2750×1850mm, 2440×1220mm, and 2800×2070mm. Custom sizes are available for full container orders. Sanded surfaces (MDF is supplied sanded on both faces) and square or T&G edges are available.

What is the minimum order for MDF panels from Brazil?

Minimum order is one FCL (40HC container). Mixed thickness containers are accepted when total volume fills one container. Lead time from order confirmation to loading is typically 3–4 weeks.
