What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum is one FCL — a 40'HC container. A standard 40'HC holds approximately 44–55 m³ depending on the product. Mixed-grade containers are accepted when total volume fills the container.

Can I receive samples before committing to a container?

Yes. We send physical sample packs (typically 4–6 cut pieces per grade, 30×30 cm) to qualified importers at cost price plus shipping. Mention "sample request" in the message field and specify the grade(s) and thickness you need.

How long does shipping take from Brazil?

Accepted Answer

Transit time depends on destination: USA East Coast 14–18 days, Europe 18–25 days, Middle East 22–30 days, Australia 30–38 days. Production lead time for stocked grades is typically 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.

What certifications and compliance documents do you provide?

Standard documentation includes a phytosanitary certificate (MAPA), packing list, commercial invoice, and bill of lading. FSC Chain of Custody certificates are available on request. CARB P2 test reports, CE Marking, and EUDR due diligence documentation are available for qualifying product lines.

How do I know the grade quality will match what I ordered?

Each shipment is inspected and graded by our quality control team before loading. We provide pre-shipment photos on request for every container. For new customers, we share samples via courier before any container commitment.

Question 6

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made directly to the manufacturer — we never receive or hold your funds. We accept T/T bank transfer (typically 30% deposit + 70% against copy of B/L, paid to the mill) and Letters of Credit (LC at sight, issued in the manufacturer's favor) for established relationships or larger orders. Payment terms are confirmed at the proforma invoice stage.
